Fiach attended UCD from where he graduated in 1985 with an honours Bachelor of Civil Law degree, grade 2.1. Thereafter he attended the Law Society of Ireland, qualifying as a Solicitor in November 1988.
In 2012 Fiach qualified to practice law in England and Wales. He has acted as a tutor in the Law Society and has lectured on conveyancing and company law issues. He has also given evidence as an expert professional conveyancing witness in a number of High Court actions.
Fiach joined McKeever Taylor upon his qualification in 1988. He became a partner in July 1994 and is currently the Managing Partner of the firm.

Fiach is our specialist in commercial and corporate law. He has handled a number of high profile mergers and acquisitions in a number of business areas, particularly the healthcare and pharma sectors. In addition, he has advised businesses in relation to shareholders agreements, company re-organisations, management buy outs etc.
Fiach also acts for a number of major financial institutions, including Allied Irish Banks plc. and Ulster Bank Ireland d.a.c.
Fiach has acted as the Law Agent for Drogheda Port Company for many years, advising it in relation to various matters connected with the ongoing development of Drogheda Port.

Fiach is recognised as one of the leading conveyancers in the North East, having lectured on conveyancing and acted as a expert professional witness on conveyancing in a number of High Court actions.
Fiach has extensive experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. He has acted for both developers and purchasers of housing estates. He has also handled a number of high profile commercial conveyancing transactions, acting for both vendors and purchasers.
